Im super excited to share this wedding with you all! This past weekend I celebrated with a wedding I have been planning for the last year or so. Nicole and Troy, the sweetest, most laid back, fun-loving couple I have worked with. I met Nicole about a year ago. She had stumbled across my business on Wedding Wire and contacted me to discuss EBC possibly helping to plan her wedding.
After meeting her, I instantly knew she’d be an awesome bride to work with. Her and her (then) fiancé were so sweet. They wanted a rustic wedding with accents of grey and yellow, including real moss, fresh wildflowers that they picked themselves, and twinkle lights. And that is exactly what they got. It couldn’t have been more perfect
From the real tree trunk cooler that their friend made, to the engraved wood cake stand, it was everything she dreamed of.
The wedding was held at the beautiful, rustic venue, Senate Garage, located in the historic district of Kingston NY, and met all the expectations that a venue would need to meet to fit this theme perfectly. From the old, exposed brick, to the rustic, twinkle chandeliers, it did not disappoint, and left Nicole, Troy, and all their guests dancing by into the night under the twilight. Working with April, one of the venue managers, was wonderful! She was tremendously helpful, and assisted with making sure the wedding day ran smoothly.
I’m so sad the planning had to end, but I feel so blessed and happy to have worked with them to make their wedding a beautiful dream. As I write this, we are heading off to Lake George, NY for the weekend! I am excited to get away for a bit and relax by the lake. I’ll leave you with some more beauties by the amazing Lynette from Pioneer Media!
